Peter has expertise across logistics, manufacturing and healthcare on process improvements, people and operational management. He is a brilliant coach and development expert and helps you to deliver the change you want to see within your people. For Chasm Peter leads projects, delivers training programmes and supports Aaron in systems deployments.
Peter has 8 years’ experience in the world of consultancy and prior to that 5 years’ experience in network logistics. Throughout all his work, Peter brings his ability to connect with people to the fore to help teams deliver excellence in whatever they are undertaking.
Peter’s focus on your project is to make sure that all the solutions and improvements are implemented and owned by your inhouse team. His people skills are exemplary, and he gets your people on the bus making sure they understand, implement and own their new systems and processes.
Outside of work, Peter spends his time in the outdoors with his young family and dog exploring or whenever possible, heading to a festival!
