Mantas has been at the sharp end of food manufacturing with key roles in Bakkavor and Fenmarc. As well as running large operational departments he has been actively involved in huge capital and transformation projects and strategic change projects in multi site operations.
The transition to consulting has been an extension of that operational career where he continues to lead large scale programs.
An Operational excellence lead with vast experience in FMCG food manufacturing. Mantas brings specialism in technical and health and safety management and works as both interim and consultant here at Chasm.
Mantas is a key player from initial analysis stage right through the duration of the turnaround programme. Highly analytical to identify the process required like all our Chasm team he then has the communication skills to engage, coach and work with your inhouse team to empower them to implement the operational excellence programme.
